Ms. Shanti S.R. is the Operations Director of Shrad Services and has been working in the corporate sector for the last 20 years. She graduated from University of Kentucky in USA in 1997 and is an Electrical Engineer by profession with over 14 years of experience in Telecommunications Design, Engineering & Operations.

She notably headed the 3G Network Design Rollout nationwide for Maxis besides holding various Senior Managerial positions within its Engineering Division. She was Consultant Project Engineer for Nextel Telecommunications, New York whereby she was responsible for multiple successful network wide engineering quality retunes and she also headed the Radio Network Design team for Ericsson Malaysia supporting rollouts in Australia, Taiwan, Singapore & Malaysia.

Having come from a technical background with vast corporate experience, she will contribute immensely to the operations and development of SHRAD International Group.


Mr. Mathias Heimann received his degree from the University of Witten in Germany and his second degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Mr. Mathias Heimann is a German National who is currently involved in research and development with the Shrad Group to promote and develop renewable energy projects bringing together state of the art technology and financing.

From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Mathias was the Managing Director of Auto Bavaria, a subsidiary of Sime Darby retailing and servicing BWM cars in Malaysia. The company operates 8 dealerships and service centers in the country. It is also the assembly partner for BMW in Malaysia assembling cars from kits for the local market.

From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Mathias was the General Manager of Shanghai Mann+Hummel Filter Co.: Ltd, a Joint Venture Company with the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC). The company produces filters for the automotive industry, such as air filters, oil filter, fuel filters and other automotive products. Their main customers are Volkswagen, General Motors, PSA, Brilliance and Chery.

From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Mathias was the Adviser for mergers & acquisitions, reporting to the Vice President of Finance. He advised the Operational Business Units of Continental (Tyres, Brakes and ContiTech) as well as actively pursued market opportunities for the development of strategic business opportunities in terms of market expansion, internationalization and strategic initiatives such as ecommerce.


Mr. Ravy Khek received his Economics degree in 1984 from U.C.L.A., U.S.A. and was an instructor in Paris, France with ACCOR Academy in 1985. In 1986 he was appointed the CEO for a family holdings company based in Paris and in 1998 he was appointed into the prestigious and important position of Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, Royal Government of Cambodia where he productively and loyally served until 2004.

Between the years 1994 up to present, he has been actively involved in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and now, the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) in various capacities from Chairman of the Appeals Committee (AFC) to the current Vice President and Chairman of Competitions Committee (AFF). He was also a member of the Appeals Committee with Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) from 2003 till 2007.

Mr. Ravy Khek currently sits on several Boards in Cambodia and is also the Executive Director of Fusion Materials International Ltd. and Managing Director of Novel Media Co. Ltd. Both in Cambodia.


Dr. Abdul Rashid is the current General Manager of Singapore’s most prestigious Social and Country Club, the Singapore Recreation Club (SRC). At the SRC he steered the organization to be certified as a People Developer by Spring Singapore (Singapore Government Organisation). In the last 10 years, SRC has won more Excellent Service Awards than any other Country Club in Singapore under his stewardship plus four (4) awards in a row in the field of sports.

He was also the Head of Marketing for SRC's re-development where he conceived and executed a well-heeled marketing plan that raised more than $100 million through the sales of new memberships for the redevelopment of the Singapore Recreation Club on the Historical Padang. Revenues at the SRC now exceed $26 million per year.

Before his current appointment, Dr. Rashid was the Director of Marketing for Wild Life Reserves, a Government owned company that manages the Singapore Zoo, The Jurong Bird Park and Night Safari. Prior to this he was the CEO and General Manager of a group of companies under the Golden Plus Holdings Group of Malaysia where he was posted to Shanghai, China for two years to Design, Build and Operate China’s first 25 hectares American Style Theme Park Called Shanghai Typhoon Beach.

Dr. Rashid has been invited to lecture at James Cook University Singapore, Marketing Institute of Singapore, Management Development Institute of Singapore and Thames Business School’s undergraduates and post graduate degree programmes.


Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mahalingam received his degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Northumbria, Newcastle and started his career in a medium sized startup company focusing mainly on R&D prior to joining Telekom Malaysia R&D in 2003. His main responsibilities as an R&D Engineer were in design and development of Telecommunications related products especially antenna for 2G, 3G, Wifi and WiMAX.

His vast knowledge, skills and experience in the Telecommunication Industry along with good management skills in the execution of the R&D projects have contributed to Research Journals and Patents for the antenna designs.

He is one of the founding member of SHRAD Computing Sdn Bhd (SHRAD Group ICT Division) and is instrumental in shaping the company’s business developments, relations and policies. His main responsibilities include management of the company’s overall business including expanding its overseas markets and financial related matters.


Mr. Thiagaraja Thirumalai received his degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1997 and started his career as a Software Engineer in 1998 and initiated mobile gateway solutions and related automated systems development in the year 2000.

He was appointed as Chief Technology Officer/Technical Director in Ace Serve Anaconda S/B in the year 2004 and subsequently in SHRAD Computing Sdn. Bhd. which has been awarded the MSC status in the year 2007. He was heavily involved in the Government of Malaysia grant scheme supervised and disbursed under the Multimedia Development Corporation (MdeC) for a project which was successfully implemented in the year 2008.

He is currently managing a team of software engineers and a project manager to develop and maintain mobile related services plus iPhone development and successfully uploaded applications in specific apple stores. This team is also working on Android/Blackberry/Windows Mobile and Symbian related mobile development.


Mr. Mohan Babu Narayanan received his degree in In Electrical and Electronic Engineering-Communication Networks, University Of Lincolnshire Humberside and started his career in 2002 as an Electrical Design Engineer in VME Material Handling Sdn. Bhd. responsible for the design control systems for motors & hoists of cranes. He joined HLE Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2003 as a Project & Costing Engineer and was responsible for the costing, contracts and project aspects of the company. In Year 2004, he joined Pembinaan Wincon Sdn Bhd as Project Manager and was responsible for project management, costing, contracts and other project aspects of the company.

Having gained a wide exposure and experience in project management & finance management with an engineering background majoring in Communication Networks, he is one of the founding member of SHRAD Computing and is jointly responsible for creating and managing the company’s operations and policies in line with the company's vision in every aspect in terms of management, finance, marketing and expansion of our business coverage into overseas market.


Mr. Anuar Majid has more than 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in various capacities. He was in charge of sales and marketing for wellhead control panels, project managed multiple maintenance projects notably for the first FPSO (Floating Production Storage Offloading) project, MASA platform off Terengganu. He was also a key expeditor for Peninsular Offshore responsible for the sales of specialized offshore products.

Having earned his stripes in the offshore industry from working his way up, his technical insight and sales experience will be the key driver for our sales team.


SHRAD CHARITY is the vision of Madam Helen Krishna, who is not only the Chairperson of SHRAD INTERNATIONAL GROUP (SIG) but also the much adored matriarch of the family behind this home grown company. This very tenacious lady is a vibrant personality known for her largesse and enterprising spirit. She has been very involved in guiding her son Dato Ramesh Ramasundram, to growing the once purely media based company to the diversified corporation it is today.

An avid fundraiser as well, she has been seen to inject her personal style and elegance into organising dance events, beauty pageants and gala dinners to raise money for the young and underprivileged.

Over the years, Mdm. Helen Krishna has been helping Little Sisters of the Poor, Silver Jubilee Home, Ozanam House, Stepping Stones, Lovely Homes, Tara Bhavan, Anbu Illam, Orang Asli Settlement amongst others from personal funding and family contributions. She has great ambition to continue to guide Shrad Services and her family to greater heights in the coming decade with the simple mantra that family (and company) unity & strength will deliver you to success.
